Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (March 28 1986). Pop singer. Known worldwide as Lady Gaga. Her birthplace was in Manhattan New York, in the United USA. Cynthia Louise Bissett is the vice-president of mobile operator Verizon. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr., a businessman and director of an Internet-based company was her father. Their family members were Catholic and she was raised in the Upper East Side in Manhattan. The reason for this is that her parents put her into the Convent of the Sacred Heart which is a prestigious and exclusive school. The music was her love since childhood. She first began playing piano when she was just a child. At thirteen when she was thirteen, she began writing her first song. She participated in open-mic nights. Her favorite singers are queens Michael Jackson Madonna, and David Bowie. When she finished high school she entered the Tisch School of Art of New York University to study music. However, she didn't complete her degree and decided to quit in order to pursue the career path in music.
