Jensen Ackles has been a successful American actor, director and producer for a long time. Ackles originally had plans to pursue a degree in sports medicine, and be a therapist. A brief time in the role of a model changed the trajectory of his professional career. He soon portrayed the character in the role of Eric Brady in the Emmy award-winning TV show Days of our Lives.
