Necar Zdegan, who was born in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg and West Germany in 1982, under the sign of Cancer was popularized by her work as an actress. Then she was granted American citizenship. She then portrayed Caroline in two episodes of the Floored and Lifted TV show in 2009.
