Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on 17 October 1992) was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She appears primarily on screen in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She received the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her role as actress Savitri. Additionally, she was awarded an award from the Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. She started her career as a child performer during the 2000s, and later returned to films after studying fashion design. Her first leading performance in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began to work on projects that were not Malayalam in 2015. In addition, she signed to star in multiple Tamil film simultaneously. While the film did not do well at the box-office, her debut film came from A. L. Vijay's romantic-comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005) that she was in opposite Vikramprabhu. The actress had to pull out of a variety of projects she was working on in 2015, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye, and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam in order to allow for bigger projects. Then, she worked on Rajini's Remo with two short film. Also, Dhanush and she played as the main characters for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The movie's release was postponed in 2015 and will now occur after September in 2020. The film will be released under an entirely different name, Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja (2016), which featured Ram Pothineni as the actor was Keerthy's debut. Keerthy was cast opposite Vijay in Bairavaa by Bharathan that premiered on 17 January 2017.
