Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is an Canadian actor who is best famous for the fantasy television show Shadowhunters on Freeform and the Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' Te Enamores. Emeraude Toubia also is an accomplished model and dancer. Montreal-born, she has lived in Texas since childhood, and always loved performing. As a kid, she had been trained in a variety of dance styles. At the age of 15 was when she began competing in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia achieved fame after she won a spot on Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008. She began acting in 2010 in a role as a receptionist on an Telemundo episode. In 2015 she starred in her first movie, the action-drama Tattooed Love.
